I used lino for this and i think that it worked well as it allowed me to mark make in an obvious and easy way. this line work helped to emphases the shape and also added texture to the images. I prefer the back to the red as I think that it shows the marks clearly and the white of the eyes is bolder , it seem lost a bit in the red. I really want the eye to look sinister and scary but i am not sure weather I have achieved this , I think that i have to a certain extent however I could have made the eyebrows more angled so the looked sharper and more angry. But from this I would quite like to simplify this and see how that works? However they eyes or an eye could be a good feature to use in the symbol I am creating.
